If heater wires break off. Not easy to repair. If solenoid coil burns out (6). Might as well throw it all away. Some have rewound them with some good results. Not Onan's best idea for a choke. The directions with the carb kit are pretty good, just don't take apart anything you don't have to to get it clean so you don't have to mess with some internal adjustments.
