In an administrator command prompt, run: ipconfig /flushdns nbtstat -R nbtstat -RR netsh int ipv4 reset netsh int ipv6 reset netsh winsock reset. Restart, and download speeds should be back to normal. WebJan 26, 2024 · Posted January 4, 2024. That sounds like it is stuck in USB 1.0 or USB 1.1 mode. USB 1.0/1.1 tops out at 12Mbps which is around 1MBps. USB 2.0 tops out at 480Mbps which is about 40MBps. Try resetting your BIOS settings to default. The BIOS version you are running looks like a BETA version and is not recommended.
