WebFeb 5, 2010 · I just purchased an HP Elite computer with Windows 7. I've been trying to install a program from a company called Embird. I have used it for years with XP. When I install on the new computer it appears to install and I can open the first window. If I click on anything that will change it to another screen it immediately disappears. Weblast night i made a design and saved it as a .eof file. (the same way i always do) this morning i went to open it and i get a message saying “this is not a valid embird design file”. i’ve tried opening the design in basic embird and also the digitizing tools program of embird and neither of them work. the customer service on the embird site sucks so i’m hoping …
