WebAll the npcs can drop the eggs but the dreini (spelling) and blob things have a higher drop from my experience. The eggs are kinda annoying to find but I usually got 3-7 an hour depending on how lucky I got that day. It took me about a week to go from nothing to exalted on my pally. Hope I helped.
