We use them on basically the same engine package with a Quick Fuel 680cfm Street carb and they hit over 450HP/475TQ. With a 650 Double pumper we have seen 460+HP. The howards guy was right, if your street driving I prefer the 112LSA as its a bit smoother and will help with vacuum.
