WebNov 13, 2024 · Those headshells are either diecast or forged, either way Jelco most likely had a vendor doing that for them and did the finish machine work in house. WebNov 28, 2024 · It is a basic headshell, no azimuth adjustment or overhang adjustment (other than the usual slots). The body is said to be aluminium, coated matt black. It is quite thick and sturdy, not thin pressed metal like cheap headshells can be. The lead wires are OFC Litz wire, quite thick and nicely terminated in colour coded shrink plastic.
